- All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We primarily use efficient shipping methods provided by our partners, including CJPacket lines. Please note that delivery times can vary based on your location and the specific product.
Estimated Standard Delivery Time:
- United States: 7 - 15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7 - 12 business days
- Canada: 10-20 business days
- Australia: 8-15 business days
- Other International Destinations: 15 - 30 business days

3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders!
- Any expedited shipping options will have an additional fee, clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by the destination country.
- These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to unreliable postal services, we may be unable to ship to certain regions or countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain products due to carrier limitations.
7. Lost or Damaged Orders
